We, the EE Times Group™, a division of United Business Media LLC, have set up the website as an easy means for you to participate in our surveys.

We work with another company, Merrill Research. Merrill Research contributes its expertise and consulting services to design and administer surveys, compile survey results and manage the survey process. They collect and process data about you from this website only to perform those functions on our behalf. They do not collect personal or survey data for their own separate use.
We do reserve the right to disclose your name and information about you in certain limited circumstances:
