  4. When I give you my personal information when I join, what do you do with it?

Your personal information is used only to create a respondent profile and to track how many surveys are being sent to you. Your respondent profile is used to determine which research studies may apply to you. Whenever a research study is completed, the respondents' survey responses are collectively compiled into a research report which is used to evaluate products and services. No panelist specific information is included in the research report (i.e., survey responses will not be identified with the specific individual panelists).
